Not what it was
This PBR event in St. Louis is something my wife and I have been attending for the sixth year, always opting for the priciest seats. Upon our arrival, we noticed significant differences from previous years, from the lack of interactive displays in the vendor area to the absence of engaging moments during the show. Vendors were present, but instead of interactive displays, they offered cards for us to fill in our contact information. The event itself seemed to lack the charm that drew us in the past, with moments like the clown Flint's interactions with the audience feeling incomplete without proper camera coverage. In the past, the arena used to give away more swag, but this year, it was clear that such giveaways are becoming rare. The focus should not be on trinkets but on enhancing fan engagement, which was notably missing this year. After attending both Saturday and Sunday shows, my wife and I came to the conclusion that we might not attend in the future. Perhaps we will give it one last try next year before making a final decision. The dissatisfaction left by this year's event was palpable.
